Tomato Basil Protein Marinara

Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Add chopped tomatoes and stir.
Cover and cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tomatoes soften and release their juices.
Use a spoon or immersion blender to break down tomatoes into a sauce consistency.
