Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
All Sales Are Final
For health and safety reasons, we cannot restock or resell returned food items. Therefore, all purchases are considered final sale.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at contact@prontochocho.com within 7 days of delivery. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
