Ingredients

  • ½ cup roasted chickpeas
  • ¼ cup cucumber
  • diced
  • ¼ cup tomato
  • diced
  • 2 tbsp hummus
  • Olive oil & oregano

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix hummus with PRONTO CHOCHO powder until smooth and well incorporated.

  2. Warm wraps lightly in a pan or microwave if desired.

  3. Spread the chocho-hummus mixture evenly across each wrap.

  4. Layer spinach, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and olives.

  5. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

  6. Fold tightly into wraps, slice in half, and serve fresh.
