Guacamole Chocho Protein Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops PRONTO CHOCHO Andean Chocho Powder
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp finely diced red onion
  • 1 small tomato
  • finely chopped (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2–4 tbsp water (as needed for texture)
  • Sea salt to taste

Powered by PRONTO CHOCHO Andean Chocho Powder, it delivers complete plant protein alongside naturally occurring fiber in a clean-label, satisfying spread perfect for wraps, bowls, and vegetable platters.

 

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mash avocados with lime juice until mostly smooth.

  2. Add olive oil and PRONTO CHOCHO powder, mixing thoroughly until fully incorporated and creamy.

  3. Add water gradually as needed to reach desired dip consistency.

  4. Stir in red onion, tomato (if using), and cilantro.

  5. Season with salt and adjust lime to taste.

  6. Serve immediately or chill for 15–20 minutes to allow flavors to develop.

Optional additions:

  • Jalapeño for heat.

  • Garlic

  • Cumin

  • Extra lime zest
