Golden Turmeric Protein Naan

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops PRONTO CHOCHO with Ginger + Turmeric + Black Pepper
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • ½ cup plain Greek-yogurt or unsweetened plant-based
  • yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 2–4 tbsp warm water (as needed)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine oat flour, baking powder, salt, and PRONTO CHOCHO powder.

  2. Add yogurt and olive oil. Mix until a dough begins to form.

  3. Add warm water gradually until the dough becomes soft and pliable.

  4. Cover and let rest 20 minutes.

  5. Divide dough into 6 portions and roll into oval shapes.

  6. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a light coating of oil.

  7. Cook each naan 1–2 minutes per side until golden spots form.

  8. Brush lightly with olive oil and serve warm.

 

Optional additions:

  • Fresh chopped cilantro

  • Garlic powder

  • Extra olive oil for brushing
