Ingredients

  • 2 scoops PRONTO CHOCHO Andean Chocho Powder
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • ¼ cup pine nuts (or walnuts)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Powered by PRONTO CHOCHO Andean Chocho Powder, it delivers complete plant protein alongside naturally occurring fiber in a vibrant, dairy-free sauce perfect for pasta, grain bowls, roasted vegetables, and sandwiches.

Instructions

  1. Add basil, pine nuts, garlic, lemon juice, and nutritional yeast to a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped.

  2. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while blending until smooth.

  3. Add PRONTO CHOCHO powder and blend again until fully incorporated.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Use immediately or store refrigerated for up to 4 days.

 

Optional additions:

  • Spinach for extra greens.

  • Avocado for creaminess

  • Chili flakes for heat
